Which size fits your horse?

Every bonnet is made to order in three sizes — Pony, Cob and Full. Height is a decent guide, but heads don't always match bodies, so the browband measurement is the one to trust. Take a piece of baling twine from one ear to the other across the forehead and compare it to the chart. Crochet has natural give, so if you're between two sizes either will usually sit fine.
